SHIZZL will publish only credentials and compliance statements that are current and supported by the appropriate record or policy. This includes formal B-BBEE status, certification and regulatory statements.

- Privacy, PAIA, accessibility and website terms are publicly available and reviewed as the business evolves
- ISO-aligned practices will never be presented as ISO certification unless certification is obtained
