We are working to make the SHIZZL HOLDINGS website practical to use across devices, input methods and access needs.

1. Our commitment
SHIZZL HOLDINGS aims to design and maintain this website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We include accessibility in design, development and content review, and we value feedback from people who use different assistive technologies or access methods.
2. Features currently available
- semantic page structure, clear headings and labelled form controls;
- a keyboard-accessible skip link to reach the main content quickly;
- visible focus treatment for interactive controls;
- responsive layouts that work across common screen sizes;
- alternative text for meaningful images and decorative treatment excluded from assistive technology where appropriate;
- respect for the device’s reduced-motion preference; and
- plain-language contact paths for an alternative way to reach us.
3. Limitations and ongoing work
Some older or third-party material may not yet meet the same standard. Examples can include embedded services, downloadable files, client links and visual effects that rely on the visitor’s device or browser. We review barriers as they are identified and prioritise changes that improve access to essential information and actions.
